  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept cash, check, Square, PayPal, and Afterpay! If using PayPal or Square, we do charge a 3% fee.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We do send confirmation leading up to your appointment with opportunities to reschedule if needed.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All sales are final

  • What types of dogs do you train?

    We train all breeds of dogs. From pets to protection, from puppy to emotional support- we take any case.

  • What tools or methods do you use?

    I use tools that I feel can benefit both the dog and handler to reach the agreed upon goals we are aiming for.

    My methods would be considered “balanced” as I use all quadrants of learning and necessary tools. My training decisions are based upon what I feel is best for the dog to meet the handlers expectations. (Which also ALWAYS means, investing in the handlers skills to bridge the gap of their expectations)

  • What’s the time frame of training?

    Time frames are very difficult to GUARANTEE, as there are always so many factors. (A dogs age, breed, mental maturity, mental or physical conditions, the handlers ability to learn and apply the information etc.) But I often say, most people spend a few lessons with me and understand how to increase and decrease behaviors in their dog.

  • What if my dog stops listening?

    The handlers I work with, are always empowered to make educated decisions based on the communication system we’ve established with their dog’s. Handlers know their options on how to get their dogs to “listen” to them after spending some time learning with our team. We also offer life time follow ups for training relevant to initial training commitment!

  • What is expected from me as an owner?
